Warriors agree to Exhibit 10 deal with G League sharpshooter Taevion Kinsey
The Golden State Warriors and guard Taevion Kinsey have agreed to a deal, his agency, Rize Management, announced Monday morning on X. Golden State’s G League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, first acquired Kinsey’s G League rights Saturday in a three-team trade with the Salt Lake City Stars and College Park Skyhawks.
Team sources confirmed Kinsey’s contract with the Warriors is an Exhibit 10 deal, which includes a bonus worth up to $85,000 should he spend 60 days with Santa Cruz. Exhibit 10 deals aren’t guaranteed but include invitations to training camp, and the contractual rights of waived signees reroute to G League affiliates.
Exhibit 10 contracts can also be converted into two-way deals in the NBA.

As Marshall’s all-time leading scorer, Kinsey, 25, played five collegiate seasons but wasn’t drafted in 2023 after averaging 22.1 points (54.2% shooting, 40.4% 3-point shooting), 4.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists as a fifth-year senior. The 6-foot-5 swingman signed an Exhibit 10 contract that August with the Utah Jazz, playing the last two seasons for their G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars.
