BREAKING: Steph Curry Makes Personal Announcement on Wednesday
Stephen Curry is coming off another successful season with the Golden State Warriors, his 16th in the NBA.
Last season, Curry helped lead the Warriors to the second round of the playoffs before the Minnesota Timberwolves beat them.
Curry was having yet another successful postseason in a Warriors uniform, but it was cut short due to injury in the second round. The Timberwolves defeated the Warriors in five games and moved on to the Western Conference finals.
Now, during the offseason, Curry is looking to rehab his injury and return to the court for his 17th season with the Warriors.
As he works through the offseason, Curry took to social media to make an exciting announcement about a partnership of his outside the white lines.
Curry’s hydration sports drink, “PLEZi,” is now available in select Safeways, Vons, Pavilions and Albertsons.
“Y’all keep asking me which Hydration is my fave,” Curry said. “The truth is revealed 🍊PLEZi is available now at select #Safeway, #Vons, #Pavilions, #Albertsons, and #Walmart locations or online on #Amazon.”
Curry is an investor and brand ambassador of the healthy hydration sports drink, having joined the team in July 2024.
The Golden State Warriors star is connected to former first lady Michelle Obama, who is the founder of “PLEZi.” His wife, Ayesha Curry, is also an investor in the hydration sports drink.
