The Los Angeles classic gets another chapter this Monday (14). The Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers face off in the NBA Summer League starting at 11:30 pm (Brasília time). The match takes place at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Lakers vs. Clippers: Players to Watch
Bronny James is the Lakers’ biggest name in the competition. However, after a strong debut in the California edition, the youngster has alternated between good and bad moments in the following games. In the last game, against the New Orleans Pelicans, he had 14 points and two steals, but committed four turnovers and made only one of his five 3-point attempts.
Power forward Cole Swider, the team’s top scorer in the two most recent matches, has been consistent. With three years of experience in the league, he has proven himself to be an excellent perimeter shooter. Finally, Darius Bazley also performed well and is expected to be signed to the first team.
The Clippers, meanwhile, are undefeated and have their best player in Jordan Miller. A second-round pick in 2023, the forward has surpassed 20 points in both games played so far. The same applies to Cam Christie, the point guard and brother of Max Christie of the Dallas Mavericks.
Picked last in the first round of the 2025 Draft, center Yanic Konan Niederhauser hasn’t yet had a strong showing, but he has shown flashes in previous matches, including ten rebounds and four blocks against the Houston Rockets.

The Lakers will initially start with DJ Steward, Bronny James, Dalton Knecht, Cole Swider, Darius Bazley, and Christian Koloko.
The Clippers are expected to start with Zavier Simpson, Cam Christie, Kobe Brown, Jordan Miller, and Yanic Konan Niederhauser.
